Amarja is an accomplished architect and licensed real estate broker with nearly two decades of international experience. Originally from Mumbai, India, she completed her early education there and high school in Cambridge, UK, before earning a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Oxford Brookes University. Her architectural studies included a semester at the Bauhaus Universität in Germany, where she gained a unique cultural perspective through extensive European travel.
After an early internship with Nitin Killawala Architects in Mumbai, Amarja moved to Los Angeles to complete her Master of Architecture at SCI-Arc, where she met her husband, Christopher Webb. She practiced with top firms like Culver Architects and Shubin and Donaldson before co-founding Archrysalis Architecture and Interior Design. Now based in Charlotte, NC, Archrysalis specializes in high-quality residential and commercial architecture and real estate development.
To further expand her expertise, Amarja became a licensed real estate broker in NC and SC. Her combined knowledge in design, construction, and market strategy provides her clients with unmatched insights and value-driven decisions. Her strong negotiation skills, commitment to excellence, and client-centered approach have built a loyal client base across architecture and real estate.
As President of the Dilworth South End Rotary Club, Amarja actively leads community service initiatives and champions causes she cares deeply about, including animal welfare and environmental sustainability. Outside of her professional life, she is dedicated to her family, is an avid pickleball player, and enjoys music, including playing the ukulele. Amarja’s blend of technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to community make her a trusted, dynamic partner in both architecture and real estate.
