HOW DOES MY BUYER SERVICES WORK?
- I review the whole process of purchasing and transactions with you. Including buyer agency, Offer to purchase and contract amongst other documents.
- I help with finding your ideal property with curated searches and showings
- I assist with mortgage and insurance brokers that match your needs
- Produce comparative market analysis (CMA)and neighborhood trends to establish the right offer for the property
- I advise on offers and prepare all the paper work to assist your offer and advocate your negotiations with the sellers
- I schedule and coordinating various inspections and appraisals and will be present at the inspections to understand the report better.
- I negotiate repairs with the sellers and make sure repairs are completed.
- I can advise on any alterations if needed.
- Troubleshooting with various trades during the transaction to move forward.
- Work and coordinate with the attorney/title company, Lender and insurance agent.
- Cross check the closing documents and paperwork.
- Getting you to the closing table and delivering the keys to your new house!
